Payment
We receive payment through the specified payment methods. The payment is only deducted when the item is dispatched.
All amounts are in DKK and incl. VAT.
Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
We ship with PostNord (to the parcel shop), and ship within 1-3 working days.
In some places, private delivery is possible, and the delivery will take place within 1-3 working days. Collection takes place by agreement, at the agreed time & place.
Regret/Return
You have 14 days right of regret/return from the day you receive your goods. We must always be informed that you wish to make use of your right of this before the package is sent back.
However, this right does not apply to:
Special colored yarn
Yarn that has been wound up
Yarn that smells of smoke/pets
