Practical information

We accept payment via: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, GPay, or manual payment via MobilePay. All amounts are in DKK and incl. VAT. *Reservations are made regarding price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
We ship orders primarily using PostNord, where we aspire to ship within 24 hours. In some areas where private delivery is possible, the delivery will take place as soon as possible (within 1-3 working days). Collection at company address by agreement, at the agreed time & place.
If there is something about your order that is not as expected, you just send it back! We offer a 14-day right of return/change of heart on goods purchased in our webshop (applicable from the time the goods are received). The value of the returned item will be refunded as soon as we have processed your return package. *We must always have a clear message by email before the item is sent back if you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
We DO NOT sell, distribute or rent your personal information to third parties unless the law requires it or you give your consent to this. We share information with carefully selected business partners solely for the purpose for which the information was stored.
Are you a student? Then you can easily shop with us! We offer a student discount. This means that you, as a student, have the opportunity to get an extra discount - also on top of current offers! * register as a user and send us an email/message with the email you use and a picture of your student ID (and validity period) and we will get you registered as a student in our system, and you will get a good yarn price!
All our yarn is always muliesin-free, and washed in natural perfume-free detergent - so you never have to worry about allergic reactions. In addition, we leave the 'helping threads' on the skein, so it is easier to find the ends of the yarn when you unwind it.
We have long wanted to make our banners and labels fit better with our desire to take care of the environment. We have had many considerations and ideas for possible solutions. FINALLY we found a place where it was possible to produce BEAUTIFUL banners, on an environmentally friendly material. Our new banners are made by utilizing the waste products from chocolate production. - Maybe that's why our teeth are watering every time we look at them...? - The chocolate relationship is clearly seen in the beautiful dark spots in the structure of the paper, which is one of the things that made THIS our banner material! - at the same time it is one of the most natural materials, with great environmental benefits. This means that our banners are now FSC-labelled, while they can of course be sorted as paper waste and thus recycled, alternatively the paper is also biodegradable and can therefore be broken down naturally. We are also very proud to have banners that consist of 15% materials that would otherwise have been wasted in food production, and of 40% that would have ended up as consumer waste - but now get a new life, together with our yarn.

Our history

We are a small family company, located in the village of Vium just outside Kjellerup. We are the 4th generation with an address right here, and are very closely rooted in the small village area. In fact, we are the 5th generation self-employed, with our headquarters right here in Vium. Since we were very small, we have always loved to express ourselves with creative projects of all kinds. The yarn came in as part of it, eventually many years ago, and with it gradually also came the desire to try to dye it myself! In a very short time we were completely hooked by all the fun, crazy and creative ways to play with the yarn and the dyeing process! - The dream of the dyerry was born. In order to keep creativity alive, we have chosen to color in small lots, and generally do not make 'recipes' for our color blends. That is why it is important to buy enough for the whole project at the same time, as the colors we have in the shop are constantly changing and do not come back. We are happy to color to order, but unfortunately cannot guarantee the same result if you would like a match to existing colours. - send us an email for enquiries/orders.
