We refund to the account that was used for the payment.
Right of withdrawal/return
We do our best to show colors correctly, but it's just not always as expected…
That is why we offer a 14-day right of cancellation on items purchased in our webshop, valid from the time the item is received.
The cancellation is reported clearly to us by email (viumgarn@gmail.com - Cancellation order number: xxxx) no later than 14 days after receipt. After which the item, together with a copy of the order confirmation and a message about the reason for the return, is sent to us: Vium Garnfarveri, Mett Kølvros Vej 5 8620 Kjellerup.
*Return costs are at the customer's expense.
In the event of refused receipt, extra freight/delivery costs will be deducted from any return amount.
There are, however, certain cases where the right of withdrawal is waived:
- Special colored yarn
- Yarn that has been won up
- Yarn that smells of smoke/pets
Return
You must send your order back as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to make use of your right of cancellation.
You are responsible for the costs associated with the return.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packed properly. You must enclose in the package: a copy of the order confirmation and a message about the reason for the return.
We do not receive packages sent by Cash on delivery.
Condition of the item upon return
You may become liable for any deterioration in the product's value due to different handling than what you would expect when buying in a physical store.
If the item has been handled/“tested” in addition to what is described above, the item is considered used. Which means that if you cancel, you will only get a part, or none, of the purchase amount back, depending on the product and condition.
The product must therefore appear as new in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Any packaging (e.g. banner) must therefore be intact and sent together with the return item.
Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back.
In the event of any deterioration in value, you are liable for this. The deterioration is deducted from the purchase amount.
When using the right of withdrawal, the purchase price of the item is refunded (if returning the ENTIRE order, any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are also refunded). The amount is refunded via the same payment method that was used for purchase. It can take up to 5 working days from the time we have received your return before the payment is back in your account.
Complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. The right to complain applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. Such as incorrect washing or treatment of wool. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. Contact and by email (viumgarn@gmail.com) before the item is sent back.
